Mcdonalds vs Jollibee

Which is better? Mcdonalds or Jollibee? Many people are arguing about where to eat, so here is my opinion on what are the upsides and downsides of these two fast food restaurants. 

These are the top two fast-food joints in the Philippines. One is home grown, while the other is an international capitalist’s wet dream. They’ve been at each other’s necks since forever.

• Mcdonalds 

Established in 1940 Mcdonalds was originally a barbecue place that later turned into a burger stand. It's rank achieved through it's affordability and fast expansion strategy, And then it turned into a fast food chain which everybody loves (Love Ko to)

• Jollibee

Established in 1975 by some Chinese folks, it was originally a Magnolia ice cream parlor that also sold hotdogs and then later on turned into a fastfood that sells a wide variety of food that happened because jollibee got a mascot that let to the fat happy bee we have come to love, and then incorporated all these food items.

Jollibee and Mcdo are battling against this 3 main categories. Hamburgers, Fries, Chicken, Spaghetti and ice cream

Jollibee's Champ against the Mcdonald's Bic Mac

Personally, I'd pick jollibee's champ because in my opinion the patty on the champ tastes way better and more flavorful compared to the big mac, it might not be pure beef (as mcdo advertises it) but it's more delicious and thicker. The mayonaise is also a win because jollibee used thousand island mayo which i really love, comparing it to the big mac which used a regular mayo. 

JolliFries and Mcfries

Mcdonald's fries win this round all because that it is simply more delicious compared to jollibee's 

fries. Specially mcdo throwing in some heinz ketchup. Making it a LOT better.

Chickenjoy vs ChickenMcdo

This one's a tie. Even tough Mcdo's chicken is a little bit better, jollibee's gravy pulls the chicken up in my reference.

Spaghetti 

Hands down jollibee! The sweet and lucious taste of it makes the angels sing and feels like heaven in your mouth, unlike mcdo's "ma-asim" type of spaghetti which i hate.

Everything is simply top notch! The fries, the chicken, the Krushers, the chickenburgers and the best of all, the GRAVY!! everything in their menu would taste even better if you added gravy, call me crazy, but try it! it works!
